Getting Started
How do I create my first work plan?
To create your first work plan, click the "Create Plan" button on the dashboard. You'll be guided through a series of questions about your work style, energy patterns, and tasks. Our AI will then generate a personalized schedule based on your responses. You can edit this schedule at any time by clicking on any task or time block.
Do I need to create an account to use Plan My Workday?
Yes, an account is required to use Plan My Workday. This allows us to save your personalized work plans and preferences. Currently, we only support sign-up using your Google account for fast and secure registration.
Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Google Pay where available. For annual subscriptions, we also offer bank transfer options.

How does the AI create my schedule?
Our AI analyzes several factors to create your optimal schedule: your self-reported energy patterns throughout the day, the nature and priority of your tasks, your focus duration preferences, and your break needs. It uses this information to match high-focus tasks with your peak energy times and schedule breaks when your energy typically dips.
What pomodoro timer settings are available?
Our pomodoro timer comes with different timed schedule slots for your work sessions. You can adjust the volume and sound of the timer notifications in Settings > Timer Preferences to suit your work environment and preferences.
What is time blocking and how do I use it?
Time blocking is a productivity method where you allocate specific time slots for different activities. In our app, you can manually create time blocks by clicking and dragging on your schedule, or let the AI automatically create them based on your tasks and preferences.
Troubleshooting
Why isn't my schedule saving?
If your schedule isn't saving, check your internet connection first. If connected, try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If the problem persists, make sure you're logged in and that your browser isn't in incognito/private mode which can block storage. As a last resort, contact support with details about your device and browser.
The timer notifications aren't working
For browser notifications, make sure you've granted notification permissions to the site. On mobile, check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. Verify that Do Not Disturb mode is off. If using Focus Mode with a website blocker, some notification sounds may be affected.
